Mega bargains on Amazon: Hundreds of Blu-rays for less than 5 euros – from “Blade Runner 2049” to “Baby Driver”

If you want to rent the latest films from Amazon Prime Video, you have to pay just under 5 euros. For the same money, however, you can currently get a lot of film highlights on Blu-ray – which really belong to you.

Online retailer Amazon apparently wants to clear its warehouse again. There are currently over 200 films on Blu-ray for less than 5 euros – and in many cases they are even cheaper than DVDs of the same films!

While you often only get into that price range if you buy at least five or even ten films at once, there are currently a lot of individual films that are really cheap – from legendary classics to numerous hit movies from the recent past.

Highlights from the past years …

Edgar Wright’s terrific heist actioner “Baby Driver”, the space horror “Life” with Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal and the science fiction highlights “Arrival” and “Blade Runner 2049” are currently available for a slim 4.86 euros. by master director Denis Villeneuve (whose new film “Dune” is due to be released at the end of the year).

In addition to a number of box office hits and masterpieces from after the turn of the millennium – from David Fincher’s terrific “The Social Network” to the undead comedy “Zombieland” to Stephen Chow’s ludicrous martial arts fireworks “Kung Fu Hustle” – you also get a whole Series of films with cult potential at bargain prices.

If you want to close a few educational gaps in cinema history anyway or expand your shelf with a few classics, this is the opportunity. Also for 4.86 euros you can currently get the legendary anime (and “Inception” model) “Paprika”, Guy Ritchie’s funny gangster comedy “Snatch – Pigs and Diamonds”, “Taxi Driver”, “Karate Kid”, “ Gandhi ”and many, many more.

Horror fans can especially look forward to some uncut genre hits that were really popular around the turn of the millennium – from 9MOVIES. Legends” to “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and “Anaconda”.
